What we do
Official information about PF, ESI, pensions, scholarships, certificates, tax and government schemes is accurate but often hard to follow. We turn it into practical, step-by-step guides in plain English, starting with services used in Kerala, and link each guide to the official portal where you complete the task yourself.
What we never do
- We do not process applications or fill in forms for you.
- We do not collect fees or payments for any government service.
- We do not accept uploads of identity documents.
- We never ask for OTPs, passwords, Aadhaar, UAN or PAN numbers — by message, call or form.
If anyone claiming to be from this site asks you for these, it is not us. Please report it to us and to the official service.
How the guides are made
Each guide starts from the official notice or portal page. A draft is written — sometimes with the help of AI tools — and then every claim is checked by a person against that source before it can be published. Each guide shows its sources, the date it was last checked, and anything we could not test. Read the full editorial and corrections policy.
Where we publish
The full guide always lives on this website. Short summaries are shared on our WhatsApp, Facebook and Instagram channels, always pointing back to the complete, checked guide.
Questions or a correction?
We can answer general questions about a process, but we cannot look up or change your own account on any government portal.
